​Hands-off Operation

When cleaning piping with our Aqua Milling ™ or Aqua Spider system no high pressure water carrying part of the equipment is being manually operated. As soon as the high pressure water flow has been shut off by remote control all equipment connected to the high pressure water pump is de-energized.

Highest flexibility

Aqua Milling ™ offers cleaning services for piping systems with diameters from 1.5 to 72 inches. One entry is sufficient to reach up to 450ft into a piping system while negotiating 90° bends, diameter changes and even cleaning branches off of header pipes or reaching into one branch of a Y intersection then into the other and transporting all debris back to the entry point after the scale or a completely plugged section has been cleared.

 

Enormous cleaning power

For straight spool pieces plus one directional change we designed the Aqua Spider system. The Aqua Spider excels when used for removal of modern liners and other tightly adhering scale.

 

Tough on any scale

A big array of cleaning nozzles, which can be adjusted to various types of scale, plus the ability to put high pressure water cleaning jets of up to 450kW (600hp) into the pipe for Aqua Milling ™ and up to 900kW (1200hp) with the Aqua Spider allows ADI to remove almost anything from within pipe systems, heat exchanges, furnaces, reactors etc.
